We use several method and carriers to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible based on your selected delivery method and location. Deliveries will be made during the carrier’s normal business hours. Once your order has shipped, you can track your order’s location using the information provided by the carrier chosen to handle your shipment.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for checks/money orders/credit cards, debit cards and gift cards approval. All customers will receive two notification by email and/or phone that your order was placed and shipped. All orders will arrive via ground service within 5-7 business days. Please note: Orders are personalized, please allow time for order processing and also for back orders. D.I.D is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please make sure all items, colors & sizes are correct before completing the order.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service (Standard/Express). The number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country/region. D.I.D is not responsible for packages delayed by customs. Your package maybe subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. You are responsible for any taxes and duties, additional customs fees, clearance fees, and any handling fees assessed by the delivering carrier and imposed on your package. If for some reason your package is released to you without payment for the custom/duty charges and your custom charges are billed back to us, we will charge your credit card for the amount due. By accepting your package (s), you are giving us the right to charge your credit card for any taxes and duties imposed by your government.
